Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms apply. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to a person include natural persons, corporate entities, and unincorporated bodies. Headings are for ease of reference only and do not affect interpretation.

"Player" / "you" / "your"	Any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
"Account"	The registered player profile created upon successful completion of the ck44k registration and verification process.
"Balance"	The total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money deposits, confirmed winnings, and any credited bonuses.
"Bonus Funds"	Any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited by ck44k subject to wagering requirements.
"Real-Money Funds"	Funds deposited by the Player from their own financial resources, excluding Bonus Funds.
"Game Rules"	The individual rules and paytable information published within each game on the Platform, which supplement these Terms.
"BST"	Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6 — the reference time zone for all dates, deadlines, and session calculations on ck44k.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds.

Access to and use of the ck44k Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied at the time of registration and remain satisfied throughout your use of the Platform.

• You are at least 18 years of age. ck44k does not permit access by individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual, on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ck44k or voluntarily requested account closure for problem gambling reasons during any active self-exclusion period.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your country or territory of residence.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of ck44k or any game provider operating on the Platform.
• You are acting in your personal capacity and the funds you deposit are your own, derived from lawful sources.

ck44k reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point — including before a first withdrawal, at any point during an active account relationship, or where suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ck44k may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

To access the full range of ck44k services — including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals — you must register a Player Account. Registration is free and available to all eligible individuals as defined in Section 2 above.

Registration requirements: During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if any detail changes after registration. Providing false information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

One Account rule: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on ck44k at any time. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under your own name or another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ck44k will consolidate or close the duplicate Account(s), and any funds, bonuses, or winnings associated with secondary accounts will be forfeited.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. ck44k will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ck44k immediately at [email protected].

KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, ck44k is required to verify your identity in accordance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. Verification typically completes within 24 hours of document submission, though ck44k reserves the right to extend this period where additional checks are required.

ck44k supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed below. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ck44k does not charge a transaction fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges independently of ck44k.

Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of individual payment methods may vary from time to time based on provider availability or technical maintenance windows. ck44k will endeavour to communicate any payment method unavailability in advance where possible.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account within 30 seconds in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits (DBBL, City Bank, BRAC Bank) may take up to 24 hours to clear depending on the processing schedule of the sending institution. ck44k is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests by verified Accounts to bKash and Nagad are processed within five minutes during standard operating hours (08:00–23:00 BST, UTC+6). Withdrawal requests submitted outside operating hours will be processed on the next business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the ck44k Account holder.

• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method you have previously used to deposit, or to an account verified as belonging to you.
• ck44k reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from completed wagering requirements on Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• ck44k does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposited funds must originate from an account registered in the Player's own name.
• Funds deposited in error — for example, by sending a payment to the wrong merchant reference — must be reported to [email protected] within 48 hours. ck44k will investigate and, where appropriate, credit or return the funds.

ck44k offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and major cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on the promotion page before you opt in. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ৳30,000 in eligible bets before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution percentages are listed on the Promotions page.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated on the relevant promotion page. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them are forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, only one bonus may be active per Account at a time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus abuse: ck44k reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it suspects that a player is exploiting promotional terms through strategies such as low-risk hedging, coordinated multi-account wagering, or any other form of bonus abuse. ck44k's determination on such matters is final.
• Opt-in required: Unless a promotion is automatically applied to all eligible Accounts, Players must actively opt in to receive Bonus Funds. Retroactive bonus claims will not be honoured.

ck44k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued, any Bonus Funds already credited to Player Accounts at the time of discontinuation will remain subject to their original terms until expiry.

Technical errors and malfunctions: In the event of a software error, network disruption, or technical malfunction affecting a game round, ck44k reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. ck44k is not liable for any losses claimed by a Player as a result of a technical error. Where a malfunction causes an incorrect payout — either too high or too low — ck44k will correct the Account balance accordingly and notify the Player.

Sports betting markets: All cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market, which are published on the sportsbook section of the Platform. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without prior notice in response to game events. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and the stake returned. ck44k reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ck44k. Breach of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Account Balance (including Real-Money Funds where fraud is established), and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account using another person's identity or payment details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that circumvents normal gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected bug must be reported to ck44k immediately and will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using ck44k as a mechanism to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ck44k support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of the ck44k Platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymisation tool to misrepresent your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.
• Allowing a third party to operate your Account on your behalf, or operating another player's Account on their behalf.

ck44k reserves the right to suspend an Account at any time pending investigation of suspected prohibited conduct. During a suspension, funds held in the Account are frozen but not forfeited unless an investigation concludes that a breach has occurred. ck44k will endeavour to complete such investigations within 30 days and will communicate the outcome to the Account holder in writing.

ck44k is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all of its players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. It should never be viewed as a method of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or recovering previous losses. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Create derivative works based on the Platform's design, content, or software.

Any unauthorised use of ck44k's intellectual property may result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by ck44k.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck44k's total cumulative liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total Real-Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ck44k is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by maintenance windows, infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or events beyond ck44k's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank.
• Any act or omission of a third-party game provider affecting the outcome or availability of a game.
• The accuracy of sports data, live scores, or match statistics displayed on the Platform, which are sourced from third-party data providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ck44k's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ck44k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes — defined as changes that meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a Player — by sending an email to the address registered on your Account at least 14 days before the revised terms take effect.

Non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of a clause, or changes to formatting — may be made without advance notice and will take effect from the date the updated Terms are published on this page.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was published. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the ck44k Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
